Right To Buy Legal Officer – East Midlands

Vivid are working with a local authority in the East Midlands who are looking to bring a Right to Buy Legal Officer into their team on an interim basis for 6 months. 

The Role:

• Managing Right to Buy applications from start to completion, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Conducting eligibility checks and liaising with tenants
• Commercial Leasehold matters 
• Drafting deed of covenant matters, Deed of rectifications and Deed of variations

Package:

• Competitive Hourly Rate
• Full time hours (37)
• Hybird working with office attendance required once per week
