Locum Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a full-time role where you will be handling a variety of Commercial property matters including regeneration.
Duties may include: - Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
- Representing the Authority’s clients and negotiating with third parties on any commercial property related matters
- Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters
