A well-established University in the East Midlands is seeking an in-house lawyer to join their, friendly Legal team.

By joining their small in-house Legal team, you will be given a range of legal work. No two days are the same! This role would suit a motivated and personable individual looking to excel their career.

Key responsibilities:

• Commercial matters
• Providing solid legal advoce
• Assisting with the overall Legal Services
• Data Protection matters
• Draft legal agreements and letters; prepare, negotiate, and review academic partnership contracts, commercial and other contracts
• Liaise internally and externally with stakeholders
