Sellick Partnership would love to hear from Planning Lawyers with availability to pick up a locum assignment for a Midlands based council.
This is a locum contract and can be worked mostly remotley with office attendance on a minimal basis
The council are looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer to handle a caseload including but not limited to:
- Section 106s
- Providing planning advice
- Section 278s
- Highways agreements and advice
The successful Planning Lawyer will be a qualified legal professional with relevant legal experience. Ideally, they will have local authority experience, but this is not an essential requirement.
The council are looking for someone to join them on a full-time or part-time basis and they can be flexible based upon the Planning Lawyer's availability.
