Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. This position is for an initial term of 3 months. Both full and part time applicants will be considered.
Duties may include providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions.
An hourly umbrella rate of up to £55 is offered for this role.
