Job Description:

Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Adults Social Care Lawyer with local government experience to work within a well-established London Council.

Our client is looking for an Adults Lawyer with Local Authority experience to join their London Borough Council.

This role is offering an initial 3 months with the opportunity to become on-going. The successful candidate will work remotely, ideally with office attendance once per month, however this is flexible. They are paying a competitive rate of between £40 - £60 per hour (umbrella rate), dependant on experience.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Court of Protection
  • Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
  • Mental Health
  • Judicial Review
  • Ordinary Residence

This role would be best suited to somebody with previous experience working as an Adults Lawyer within a local authority. The successful Adults Lawyer will be joining a friendly and dynamic team, working on an interesting and diverse caseload. The flexible working conditions allows for candidates living inside or outside of London, and full-time condensed hours is possible.
