Locum Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer

Local Authority

London

A well-established local authority in London is seeking a Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their large, supportive team on a locum basis. This role is for a minimum of 3 months but is expected to extend on a long-term rolling basis.

Due to a broad variety of work in the team, the client can be flexible about the sort of caseload that the locum Civil Litigation Lawyer will hold based on preference or prior experience. For instance, if you would prefer to solely concentrate on housing cases, then that is fine. Equally, if you would prefer a more mixed caseload of civil litigation matters, to include housing, property litigation, debt recovery and/or licensing, that is also an option.

The client is seeking someone who can attend the office and court in North London as required.

Selling points:

  • Good variety of work and flexible caseload depending on your preference and specialism
  • Flexible working (flexi-time; part-time options)
  • Long-term contract
  • Competitive market pay

The successful locum Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer will be joining a large and supportive team. We have had great feedback from other locums about this team and its management, the quality and variety of work, and the quality of the case management system.
