Council based in the Midlands in the search for an experienced
Locum Planning Lawyer. This is a part-time position where you will be handling a variety of planning matters.
Duties may include: - Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreements
- Building relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal services
- To provide high level/professional advice and guidance on planning and associated legal matters
- Dealing with enforcement advice matters relating to planning law
