Rate: £55-£65ph Umbrella DOE
Work Pattern: 37.5 hours a week

Are you a Commercial & Corproate solicitor with experience in all aspects of commercial work? This role is for you!
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the broad spectrum of commercial work:
- Construction contracts.
- Company secretarial work.
- Negotiating and concluding a variety of concession, goods and services contracts.
- Negotiating and concluding funding agreements, as well as pension arrangements.
- Possess excellent drafting skills and the ability to negotiate documents for a wide range of matters.
- Advising on local authority infrastructure and regeneration projects.
