Adult Care Lawyer - Remote Working - Southeast
Vivid are working with a local authority in the Southeast who are looking to bring an Adult Care Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work fully remotely, on a rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Lawyer

  • s.16
  • s.21As
  • Appeals
  • Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
  • Ordinary Residence
  • MCA and COPDOL work.
  • s.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
  • s.117 disputes and complex discharges
  • Policy work
