Locum Housing Lawyer
3-6 months with potential extension
£55-60 per hour umbrella (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Locum Housing Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience of handling a varied and complex caseload of housing matters, including disrepair, injunctions, possessions and general housing advice.

This will be a stand-alone role and would therefore suit an experienced and confident lawyer who is comfortable working independently. The role can offer remote working and some adhoc court attendance would be ideal for candidates who can travel.
