Our client is looking for a qualified Lawyer, Barrister/Solicitor or CiLex who wants only to do advocacy.

The role will include:

  • advocating at all levels of the Family Court as well as the Court of Protection and Education Tribunals
  • a high volume of work and occassionally dealing with emergency and urgent applications
  • working closely with the lawyer who has conduct of the case and

Support is provided by an experienced Team Leader who has over 30 years' experience in this field of law.

Previous advocacy experience or experience as a barrister is highly desirable for this role.
