Commercial Property Lawyer – Midlands - Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Commercial Property Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a rolling locum contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer:

• Work alongside the council's in-house surveyors, dealing with the councils extensive property portfolio
• Be responsible for granting and acquiring new lease renewals.
• Deal with freehold disposals, acquisitions, and related property management matters
• Manage the licenses and easements.
• Hold a current practising certificate
