Job Description:

Locum Planning Lawyer

£55+ per hour
Hybrid working role
Local authoriy based in the NorthWest of England.

Key responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:
-Working as part of the legal team within one of the NorthWests most established Local Authorties.
-Handling multiple planning cases for a major local authority (S106 agreements, highway licenses, S278 etc).
-2 years PQE Minimum
