I am currently working with a Local Authority based in the North Midlands who are currently looking for a planning solicitor on a locum basis to join their team for at least 6 months!

This is a great opportunity to grow your career or move across to a fresh authority.

The role:

- Attendance is required only for the planning committees (2/3 times a month!)

- Dealing with planning enforcement-related matters and S.106 agreements.

- Offering either full time (37 hours) or part time (15-25 hours)

Requirements:

• Over 2 years PQE
• Previous local authority experience 
• Have previous experience with s106s, planning committees, and enforcement
