I have received a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large southern based local authority on a FULLY REMOTE basis for AT LEAST 7 MONTHS!

The client is wanting to interview THIS WEEK, so if you are interested please get your applications in NOW!

Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Solicitor

• CoP applications (s15/16 welfare and 21A)
• Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
• s.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
• Advice relating to deprivations of liberty and best interests
• Advice relating to adult safeguarding and care act 2014
