Senior Property Lawyer – North West - Hybrid Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the North West who are looking to bring a  Property Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Property & Regeneration Lawyer:

• Handling a mixed and varied caseload of commercial property matters 
• Deal with leases, licenses, and right to buys 
• Commercial Terms/Agreements
