Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

Hybrid working 1 day per week from our Civic Offices in Bexleyheath. 36 hours/week. Laptop and IT provided for remote working. We use iCasework case management

2-5 year PQE solicitor or equivalent CILEX/licensed conveyancer to undertake a caseload of mainly landlord and tenant matters but with a wide variety of other commercial property and local government related property advice and transactions. Part of a busy team of five, including a paralegal. Needs to be able to work on own as well as part of a team. Local government experience preferred but not essential.
