Job Title: Senior Regeneration Lawyer (Locum)

Job description: We are recruiting for a Senior Regeneration Lawyer to join a North West based Local Authority on a full-time basis, for a period of 3 months initially. This is very likely to extend, whilst the Council look to recruit on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to an excellent Property Team, with fully remote working on offer.

The role will involve:

• Drafting, structuring, and dealing with high profile, high value and complex regeneration schemes and property transactions
• Handing complex development work – academy transformations, ‘Levelling Up’ Fund
• Drafting and negotiating leases

Salary: £60 - £65 per hour

The ideal candidate would be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous Local Authority experience. The Council are looking for someone immediately.
