Locum Construction Contract Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Yorkshire for a period of 6 months initially and the view to extend thereafter.
The successful Construction Contract Lawyer will be;
- Working as part of a team of Contract Lawyers to provide advice across a broad range of contract and procurement related issues.
- Overseeing mainly Construction Contracts which will include NEC and JCTs.
- Provide legal advice on issues including but not limited to Public Contract Regulations, NEC and JCT construction contracts including contract queries
You will be be part of a small committed and driven team and will be working on some interesting projects across the service.
This role can be a remote working role. Those seeking full or part time work will be considered.
