Job Description:

Planning Lawyer – Midlands - Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Planning Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a locum initial 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:

  • Provide Planning Advice
  • Deal with Planning appeals and Enforcement matters
  • Manage a caseload of section 106's
