Job Description:

My client is looking for a Housing Disrepair Litigation Solicitor to join them as a locum member of their in-house legal team. This is a great opportunity for a housing disrepair specialist from a local government, housing association or private practice background.

You must have recent experience of managing a high volume housing disrepair caseload. You must be highly experienced in dealing with litigation cases, and have a proven track record of excellent client care. In addition, you must be able to communicate effectively and provide concise advice in a timely and friendly manner. The role is full time, although candidates wishing to work 4 days would be encouraged to apply.

You will join a very large team who are adept at working together to achieve the organisation's targets. You will have access to legal administartive support, alongside a hands on manager who is always at hand to assist with any queries. All necessary IT and equipment will be provided by the end client to undertake the role. You will be able to enjoy remote working, 100% if required, and also take advantage of flexible working hours.
