Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of general transactional property law matters, including but not limited to:

  • leases
  • licenses and sales and purchases of land
  • landlord and tenant matters
  • disposals and acquisitions
  • assistance on project work

The successful Property Lawyer will join the team for an initial 3 months, with a possibility of extension. Although office attendance is preffered, our client is willing to consider remote working for a candidate with the right experience.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
