Job Description:

Long term, commercial property role available!

Sellick Partnership are currently working in conjunction with a busy local authority in the South West of England who are in need of two experienced commercial property lawyers.

This will be a long term, interim appointment of up to two years in duration to provide additional support to the existing team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload where no two days are the same. Examples of the casework include:

  • Commercial Leases
  • Wayleaves
  • Easements
  • Sales, acquisitions and disposals
  • Title investigations
  • Regeneration and development
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Highways advice in relation to property law

This is a largely remote working role however preference will be given to those able to attend the office on occasion if required.

Previous local authority experience is desirable however those with relevant experience gained from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.

This is genuinely a unique opportunity to secure a long term locum role with good quality, interesting work.
