Adult Care Solicitor - FULLY REMOTE
I am are working with a local authority in the South East who are looking to bring an Adult Care Solicitor into their team on a long-term interim contract. 

Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Solicitor

• CoP applications (s15/16 welfare and 21A)
• Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
• s.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
• Advice relating to deprivations of liberty and best interests
• Advice relating to adult safeguarding and care act 2014
