Housing Lawyer
RB Greenwich
Initial 3-6 month contract
Rate: negotiable, indicate desired rate
  
Housing lawyer – mostly disrepair with a little housing management.
  
This role requires a minimum of two days in the office.
Undertake proceedings in all courts, tribunals, public enquiries and arbitrations
Negotiate on behalf of the Council
Interpret and draft reports on legislation
Attend committees, working parties, case conferences etc.as appropriate
