Job Title: Locum Property and Planning Team Lead  

Location: East Anglia     

Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella 

Working Hours: Full Time or Part Time, Hybrid Working 

 

Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the East Anglia in their search for an experienced Locum Property and Planning Team Lead.  This can be a full time or part time position where you will be handling a variety of planning and property matters. 

 

Duties may include:

 

• Working on residential matters and supervising legal officers with Right to Buy queries 

• Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters

• Handling various planning and highways matters, negotiating, and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreements

 

This post can be full time or part time on a remote basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
