Job Title: Locum Commercial and IP Solicitor

Rate: Up to £60 per Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time or Part Time, Remote Working
 
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a University in the South East in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial and IP Solicitor.  This can be a full time or part time position where you will be handling a variety of legal matters concerning the University.

Duties may include:
 

• Advise on a diverse range of legal concerns relating to the University
• Negotiate and agree contractual matters with external suppliers
• Provide advice and support in areas to include contracts, procurement and commercial matters
• Prepare collaboration agreements, non-disclosure agreements, materials transfer agreements, contracts for services and intellectual property agreements
• Provide guidance and advice to researchers in relation to intellectual property law & practice

 
This post can be full time or part time on a remote basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
