Locum Education/SEN Lawyer – up to £60 per hour Outside IR35 – Midlands – 3 months +

Position: Locum SEN/Education Lawyer
Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months initial contract with the likelihood of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Ideally full time however candidates with part time availability possessing relevant experience will also be considered
Working Arrangement: Remote working
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Outside IR35
Skill level: Qualified Lawyer (Solicitors, Barristers and highly experienced CILEX professionals)

This is a position ideally looking for those who have existing experience of working within Local Government who are able to handle a busy caseload of SEN/Education matters alongside conducting their own advocacy with professional experience gained within Local Government.
