6 month initial contract (expected to extend)

£Rate Negotiable DOE - beginning at £50ph.

I am working closely with my LPA client based in the North West of England and assisting in their recruitment for a locum litigation solicitor.

Requirements:

• Experience within local authority legal for a minimum of 2 years - including advocacy/ prosecutions.
• Experience in licensing, waste and trading standards.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with both criminal AND civil cases.

The role will primarily be remote working, however, there will be occasions where an office presence is required for in person meetings (once a month) and advocate for court hearings where necessary.

At this stage, the council are keen to get the right level of candidate with the best experience - negotiations on pay rate will be in line with market standards and level of candidate's experience.
