Senior Housing Disrepair Lawyer
Locum
Hybrid Working

£50 - £55 per hour umbrella (dependant on experience)

A well-regarded London Borough Council is seeking a Senior Housing Disrepair lawyer to join them on a locum basis, to start as soon as possible. The Senior Housing Disrepair officer will be required to manage 3 legal officers within their recently established housing disrepair team.

This locum assignment is for a minimum of 3 months, with the view to extend further. They are operating a hybrid working model, with office attendance two days per week.

The successful Senior Housing Disrepair Lawyer will be joining a welcoming team within a thriving local authority. This role will bring challenge, opportunity and is highly rewarding.

Duties will include:

  • Housing Disrepair Caseload (all stages of pre-litigation/litigation)
  • Advise on the management of risk on complex issues
  • Represent the council in court where appropriate
  • Manage a team of 3 Legal Officers
