Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer
Locum
Hybrid Working

£45 - £55 per hour umbrella (dependant on experience)

A well-regarded London Borough Council is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join them on a locum basis, to start as soon as possible.

This locum assignment is for a minimum of 3 months, with the view to extend further. They are operating a hybrid working model, with office and court attendance as required (office attendance one day per week). However, they are open to requests for remote working, depending on experience and location.

The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be joining a highly organised and welcoming team within a thriving local authority. This role will bring challenge, opportunity and is highly rewarding. You will have conduct of a varied and interesting caseload.

Duties will include:

  • Court of Protection (COP) proceedings
  • Mental Capacity Act
  • Mental Health
  • No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF)
  • Ordinary Residence
  • Judicial Review
  • Advisory work
