Job Description:

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a brilliant Locum Property Lawyer role to join a well-respected Property Legal Team in a South London Council.

Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated Property Lawyer to join them for a 6-month locum contract.

The successful Property Lawyer will be dealing with a mix of Commercial and Residential property matters including:

  • Lease extensions
  • Wayleave agreements
  • Title searches
  • Land registration
  • Acquisitions
  • Residential conveyancing
  • Residential lease extensions

The ideal candidate will have experience in local authority but candidates from private practice with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Our client is also happy to look at Newly Qualified Lawyers with experience in both commercial and residential property.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Newly Qualified Lawyer to get their foot in the door within Local Authority or for an experienced Property Lawyer to work within a dynamic London Council.

This is a full-time role with a competitive rate and flexible working. The ideal candidate will be able to attend the office one day a week, but there is some flexibility around this. Our client will also consider flexible part-time working.
