Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – South East England – Competitive Salary (DOE) – Fully Remote Working – Part-Time (3 days)
 
Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
Organisation: South East Based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months ongoing contract
Working Pattern: Part Time – 3 days per week (21hrs)
Working Arrangement: Fully Remote Working
Hourly Rate: Competitive Salary (DOE)
 
Venn Group’s specialist public sector legal team are in collaboration with an ambitious Local Authority based in the South East of England to assist in their search for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer on a part-time basis
This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who is looking for a part time role working on a fully remote basis to work within Local Government doing exciting commercial property work. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx with at least 3 years PQE
 
Duties Shall Include:
 
  1. Commercial Property Transactions: Strong experience in handling both leasehold and freehold commercial property transactions, including drafting and negotiating leases, sale agreements, and property-related contracts
 
  1. Residential Transactions: Some experience in residential property transactions would be beneficial, although the primary focus is on commercial property work
 
The role of Commercial Property Lawyer comes with a competitive hourly rate and gives the right candidate an opportunity to grow their legal repertoire. Local Government experience is essential to this role but candidates with extensive non Local Government experience are welcomed to apply for this role
