Adult Care Lawyer - North West - 12 Month Contract
Vivid are working with a local authority in the North West who are looking to bring an Adult Care Lawyer into their team on a long term interim contract in mid march to cover maternity leave

Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Lawyer

• CoP applications (s15/16 welfare and 21A)
• Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
• s.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
• Advice relating to deprivations of liberty and best interests
• Advice relating to adult safeguarding and care act 2014
