I am currently working with a Local Authority based in the Midlands who are looking for an experienced commercial Lawyer to come and join the team for an initial period of 6 months with a view to extension.

In terms of what you will be dealing with: 
- Construction related contracts; including JCT's and NEC's.
- General commercial work including Procurement and Subsidy control.
- Interviews next week.
