Locum Childcare Solicitor

6 Months Contract

£45 - 55 p/h

Local authority in the Greater Manchester area

I am currently working with a large local authority based in the Greater Manchester area that is looking for a childcare solicitor on a locum basis.

Cases Involving

• DOLs
• Care Proceedings
• ETOs
• Smaller case load of urgent cases

Requirements:

• Experience with handling a complex case load.
• Ability to be in court doing advocacy twice per week
• 3 years PQE

The role will primarily be remote working, however, there will be need to conduct advocacy in court up to twice per week.
