We are working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team! Experience in regeneration would be desired

The role:

• Full-time
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Weekly office attendance to meet stakeholders
• Rate: £50-55ph depending on candidate experience
• Must have prior local authority experience
• Experience with land disposals, CPOs, and major projects in desired.
