Solicitor Contracts & Commercial

NW Leicestershire

3-6 Month contract initially

Rate: Negotiable, based on experience

 

  • Providing advice and assistance on all legal aspects of procurement, tenders and contracts including interpretation, drafting, contract management, disputes and termination.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and the Council’s Constitution
  • Advice on local government and contract and commercial law generally
  • Supporting income generation by providing advice to external clients in respect of commercial and contractual matters
