Lead Regeneration Lawyer - Property and Planning
Locum
Full Time
Hybrid Working
Competitive Hourly Rate (umbrella co.)

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be assisting a well-established local authority with their recruitment for a locum Lead Regeneration Lawyer. This locum assignment is expected to run for a minimum of 3-5 months, but likely to extend on a longer-term rolling basis.

The successful locum Lead Regeneration Lawyer will be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx) with extensive experience of commercial property, planning, and regeneration, preferably within the public sector.

You will be joining a highly experienced and collaborative commercial team, and will be involved in interesting, complex, and high value regeneration projects as the borough has embarked on an ambitious programme of regeneration and housing development.

Lead Regeneration Lawyer role requirements:

  • Development agreements
  • Commercial and residential property transactions
  • Planning and highways issues
  • Compulsory purchase matters
  • Governance and ancillary issues involved in larger projects
