We are looking for a Children Panel Supervising Solicitors to join our Team in London, Luton, Trafford and East Midlands.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a guardian following to work for a Family Law firm specialising in Care proceedings along with mentoring and running your own team.

The Role

• Supervise and support solicitors, trainees, paralegals and legal assistants within your team
• Maintain a personal caseload of Care matters
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
• Conduct files reviews and ensure quality assurance procedures are followed
• Maintain excellent client care standards and professional conduct

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Children Panel Accreditation – or working towards
• Experience of mentoring and or managing junior staff
• Strong advocacy, case management and client care skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Legal Aid Agency procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload while supporting a team
