Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority who are looking to appoint an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their legal team on a locum basis.

The client is actively interviewing candidates, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available to move quickly and can start within the next 3 weeks.

The Role

• Providing legal advice and support across a range of Adult Social Care matters
• Managing a varied and potentially high-volume caseload
• Advising social care teams and other internal stakeholders
• Handling matters independently and providing pragmatic, solutions-focused advice
• Supporting the wider legal team with ongoing workload

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent
• Strong experience in Adult Social Care law
• Local Authority experience is highly desirable
• Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Available to start within 3 weeks
• Able to work effectively on a remote basis
