Up to £55,595 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Property Lawyer to join our Legal Services team to lead on all aspects of property law across the council. You will also be required to support various corporate projects related to property, to prepare and present reports to various stakeholders and to represent the council in court as required.
 
What you will need:
We are looking for someone with a solid track record of providing proactive, expert, timely and authoritative legal advice and support to senior leaders and key decision-makers at the highest levels. With demonstrable experience of working at a senior level in the property field, you will also be experienced at building and maintaining effective relationships and will be able to find effective solutions to complex and politically sensitive problems.
 
The ability to find effective solutions to complex and politically sensitive problems and the ability to work well under pressure and convey complex legal issues to a variety of audiences is essential.
