Job Description:

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join an interesting team within a highly regarded Public Sector organisation.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Have hands on experience of a range of Property Law matters, including leases, licenses and sales and purchases of land, landlord and tenant mattes and disposals and acquisitions
  • Be enthusiastic, committed and undertake a proactive approach to progressing transactions within deadlines and budgets

The successful candidate with join the team for an inital 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
