A North West local authority is looking to appoint an experienced Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join the team on an interim basis with an ASAP start.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive legal team handling a mixed housing litigation caseload, offering varied work and flexibility through a hybrid working arrangement.
The successful candidate will be involved in matters including:
- Possession proceedings
- Anti-social behaviour matters
- Injunctions
- Disrepair claims
- Homelessness-related matters
- General housing litigation work
The authority is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide support across a broad range of work.
Rate: £55–60 per hour
Location: North West
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
