Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking to hire a senior adult-care and SEN solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,

 

This post will involve semi-regular onsite attendance and so local candidates are encouraged to apply.

 

 Some details of the assignment:

- Drafting s21As and s16s,

- Handling a full caseload of SEN appeals and exclusions autonomously,

- Any experience covering JRs or transportation disputes would be welcomed,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.

Candidates would ideally be in a position to commence the role during the week of 5th January - there can be some flexibility in this.
