Vivid Resourcing are seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join a valued local authority client on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned solicitor looking for flexibility, stability, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a varied commercial property caseload, including leases, licences, disposals, acquisitions, and landlord/tenant matters

• Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation

• Managing workload independently while meeting deadlines and service standards

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial property experience (local authority experience desirable but not essential)

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate or short-notice availability

• Confident working fully remotely
