Locum Planning Lawyer
Hours: 15 per week
Contract: 2-3 month initial contract
Start Date: approx. 8th December
Attendance: fully remote
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- You would largely be dealing with s106's, planning enforcement notices, certificates of lawfulness, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning law within a Local Authority or public sector setting
