Locum Planning Lawyer
Hours: 3-5 days per week (depending on preference)
Contract: 9-month initial contract, with a view to extend
Start Date: within the next 4 weeks
Attendance: can be remote, but irregular attendance is highly desirable

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the North East who are looking for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• S106's, ad-hoc planning advice, general planning matters (no committee)
• ​Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and service standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Proven experience in planning law within a Local Authority or public sector setting
