Interim Civil & Criminal Litigation Lawyer - Local Authority - South East
Vivid Resourcing is currently partnering with a local authority seeking an Interim Solicitor to support a varied caseload of civil and criminal litigation matters.
The ideal candidate would be a qualified Solicitor, with extensive local authority experience across both Civil and Criminal Litigation.
Caseload may include (but not be limited to):
- Trading Standards prosecutions
- Blue Badge prosecutions
- School prosecutions
- Planning Enforcement prosecutions
- Debt recovery (primarily relating to Adult Social Care)
- Injunctions
- Possession proceedings
- Inquest work
Role Details:
- Start date: Mid-January
- Contract length: 6 months (rolling)
- Qualification Rquirement: Practising Solicitor
- Attendance: Ideally once every 2 weeks for court hearings
